I made an appointment last week, met with Andy and he went above and beyond for me. I spoke to him about how I know that you "get what you pay for". I had a quote from Andy the following day and I took the weekend to think about it, and email him questions. I received a lengthy email back monday morning answering all my questions in detail. I places my order and 30 min later it was delivered to my home, (I didn't have anything special ordered so they were able to bring my chair and new desk right away. The chairs here are not inexpensive, but they will be the best chairs you ever buy. It's quality and value here not cost effectiveness. That being said, I won't have to worry about replacing a chair for many years. That alone is a great value for me.
I went into the store without making an appointment hoping to find a home office chair using my UnitedHealth Group employee discount. The selection was great, but the sole staff person did not come out of his office to help me. I ended up purchasing a Herman Miller chair from a competitor instead.
