I have been a member since 1999 when I was a child doing the kids savings program with the coin collection cards. In that time CSE has approved me for exactly two loans, both loans were paid off in half the term and after that I was never offered another loan. This, over time, forced me to utilize high interest lenders for emergencies which became impossible to pay due to changing rates.
