I have been a customer with this branch since 2009. The customer service from Sharon in the loan department is truly having me questioning if I want to continue my business with them. It is 2026 enough with the stereotyping and profiling. As a homeowner of several properties she came across as if I am am a novice and won't meet the requirements.
