Applied for a loan in route to Jennings to pick up a welding machine and the loan was ready between the drive from Lake Charles to Jennings. We stopped in the branch was very clean and everyone was very polite especially Lesa Higginbottom. She had my loan ready to sign and money distributed, and out the door and no time. Very friendly service Lisa goes out out of the way to take care of her customers very very pleased and we recommend this branch.
Lesa Higginbotham deserves 10 stars, she is always just an email or phone call away for anything I have ever need! Her response time is exceptional and the reason CSE is still my bank and has been for almost 30 years.
The staff was very friendly! Acknowledged me when I walked in, helped me quickly, and got me finished up. Also—FREE POPCORN MADE MY DAY!
Very friendly and helpful I love the Jennings location
THEY'RE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP
