My credit card was damaged and needed replacing. I spoke with Tessa for a short while and she had a new one ready for me to pick up shortly after. Through all of the smiles and laughs, the inside lobby is a wonderful experience!
Csefcu has been the worst bank I've ever banked with! This bank takes more of your money in fees than any other bank I've ever known! Please do not bank with them. If you are trying to get your credit together this is NOT the bank for you! They do not care about you as a customer, they will not help you manage your money they will only take it from you! Please be wise when trusting an institution with your money! This has been the worst experience of my life
