Dropped in to open several accounts. Building was a bit dated but comfortable. Counter staff were very kind and quick to offer help. Worked with Malinda LaCour who was very personable, extremely helpful, and patient. The sign up process was tedious. Way too many security questions. The answer is Ohio but CSE doesn't like that. 😆 Overall an excellent experience and I look forward to doing more business in the future.

CSE is NOT a friendly hometown bank. Their fees are ridiculous. Accidently sent a zelle for 19 cents too much.... $32 fee. Rather than just reject a transaction they'll happily charge you a $32 fee for everything. Their management is downright rude and insulting. I banked with these rotten crooks since 2006. I didn't realize just how downright awful they are until I opened an account at a different bank. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these lowlife criminals.
I've been a member for 30+ years and the member service has always been excellent!
