The guys just came and installed my fiber. I believe their names were Scott and Darren, forgive me I'm an old man, and they were wonderful. Very polite and nice. They told me they were sub contacters from Wisconsin. They helped me to find the easiest way for both of us to set up the connection. Absolutely ridiculous how you literally will not take payments over the phone and ask 17 questions to take a payment. You need better customer service. It’s to the point where we are considering getting rid of you guys all together. do better. Account number, bill amount, and credit card in hand to pay a bill should be more than sufficient.
I LOVE having a local provider. When I have had issues their service tech was generally on my doorstep SAME DAY! I took the time to explain issues I was having and their service tech advised to get eeros system, put one on each floor due to size of home and number of devices plus extender for outdoor tv. Have had 0 issues since then. Thank you Central Scott for the great service & reliability.
