Edit : U-Haul set it to 3pm. And I edited in my U-Haul account as 3 : 30. Yes I was there at 3:40. Understand that I was late. Got it, you would just leave someone and won't support if late. Lesson learnt... AVOID THIS PLACE. 24 7 share was received. U Haul messed up the schedule first time and made me travel 30 minutes from home only to find no one to help here. It wouldn't let me post without coloring in a star but honestly I don't even give them that .! If I knew then what I do now I never would of gotten a building from this company . I have called and got told they would call me back multiple times about my 8x16 grey-ish blue lofted barn && that never happened. I have called everywhere trying to find my building . Edit to respond to owners comment: We were not once told that delivery would take 7 to 14 days we were only told on the phone when you processed my application that we would be contacted by the delivery driver to schedule our setup. If we at least could have had our setup scheduled to know we were getting our building and when, we wouldn't have been as upset because we could have at least known how long the wait was and moved our storage around accordingly, because like I told you in one of my texts that I needed to be able ... read more
