I have had a recurring shoulder problem for many years. At one point I had a frozen shoulder so had to have cortisone injections to solve the problem (around 10 years ago). I thought the issue was coming back but decided to try a sports massage with Claire before I went to the doctors for more injections. Within 3 sessions the pain has gone almost completely and for the first time in 10 years I could raise my arm out sideways and touch my ear! Really enjoyed my first visit for a sports massage. Nice heated treatment bed. Claire Is great and really helping.

Claire has proved to be a lifesaver again. I pulled my back and needed an emergency appointment, she moved heaven and earth to fit me in. Got to the heart of the problem immediately and has sorted me out. Thank you Claire for your knowledge and skill.
