I paid significant fees expecting professional guidance, but I experienced mistakes in the handling of my file that caused unnecessary stress and delays. Communication was not always clear, and I often had to follow up for updates. Given the amount charged, I expected much better attention to detail and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this consultant and encourage others to ask detailed questions about fees, timelines, and file management before proceeding.
