I had a very frustrating experience with this company. I specifically left my job to attend a half-hour appointment, but ended up waiting for over an hour without any update. The staff was unprofessional and never informed me about the delay or that the person I was supposed to meet wasn’t even available. If they don’t have the staff present, the least they can do is inform customers in advance instead of wasting their time.
