As a worker for months at crystal waters I’ve seen enough to know it is a horrible place. Background checks are not done. I didn’t even have an interview. If you check most residents who are in occupied beds you will find bed sores. They are not repositioned every 2 hours. Transfer belts are not used and the lift has been used by one individual staff member. People are not properly transported and beds are not lowered to the safest level.
