Awesome service, will definitely use to fill our pool again.
Just rude. Calls me asking for payment again after already being paid on the day of delivery. Texted me first, check your records before calling and accusing people of not paying, in fact I paid before the second load was delivered. Quoted $220 a load charged me $600 for 2 loads. caveat emptor
I cant belive how rude and unprofessional this company is ,I used to call them to fill my hot tub every year but never again ,today January 22 at 110pm you were driving in lake coutry property ,small subdivision with kids on the street everyday ,at a very exaggerated speed im guessing 60ish and as my wife was getting home with her 3 day old truck, you literally ran her off the road ,she pulled to the side and stopped because you were coming at her dead center in the middle of the road at 50+ kmh and as she pulled to the side... read more
Best potable water delivery company west of Edmonton. Karl and his team are professional and detailed. The delivery trucks are clean and his service goes above and beyond. We are long term clients (20 years) and have tried other water service providers in the area, but no one exceeds Crystal's customer service and quality.
Crystal Water Service has fill our hot tub several times & they have never disappointed us. From their quick timing to come to their friendly helpful staff. Thanks again
