Second time using him and I can’t say enough about how great Karl’s service is! First time - we were in a bind because we forgot to check the cistern and he was able to get to me same day. Similar scenario yesterday but not quite as dire, and he got to me very first thing this morning - before I even finished my coffee. He’s very friendly and accommodating as well! Highly recommend!

Great and fast service. The gentleman who filled our pool was very friendly!! They came right on time for my appointment as well which was great! The only thing I was a bit upset about was that a week later I received a phone call from John stating that I hadn’t paid for the service I received. While on the phone with him, I stated that I had sent an email transfer to the email on the invoice prior to the gentleman even leaving our property. We had Crystal Water Service out to full a dunk tank today. They were so pleasant to deal with! They came early (yay) and were finished and gone super quick! Will definitely be using them again!

I’ve been using Crystal Water for a while now and I’m extremely satisfied with their service! Karl’s customer service is outstanding—always friendly, organized and responsive. Communication is clear and timely, and deliveries are always prompt and reliable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dependable water delivery service!

I v been helped by Karl for two years. Whenever I contact him, he always responds quickly and takes care of my concerns. I suspect he works 24/7, 365 days a year. Haha, just kidding! Top rank business, best service.
