Tracy was so nice with helping me understand the process and price of buying glasses and answered any of my questions. hadn't gotten a new pair in years so I was nervous but she quelled my worries and I didn't feel any pressure in picking out frames or anything else :)
Easy to understand . Explained options . Replaced lens in sunglasses and back up reading glasses . didn't have to buy frames. No pressure to do so . Fast turnaround . Good job Bonnie and staff at White Rock store .
Brodie and Amber are super attentive, helpful, patient and caring! I love their professionalism and support when selecting new frames. They know their stuff!
