My mother moved to Crystal View almost a year ago and all of us are very pleased with the move! The staff are warm and very helpful to my mother! She enjoys the food, afternoon activities and has made new friends! most important for me however is that she is in a safe and well cared for environment. A community where she feels at home! She tells me quite often how much happier she is now! Her favourite expression has become how she loves not having to cook or plan meals anymore! My thanks and compliments to ALL the staff!
My parents use to live their management is terrible food is crap and the food has lots of spice they were paying over 5000 dollars and not getting what they are paying for I would highly recommend no one placing there parents there
Moved in September 2022. Much smaller than I am used to. Friendly staff and residents. Food quality and quantity has decreased since last September. Light housekeeping has also decreased in quality. Serving Kool aid type beverage in dining room for the last few months and wait staff are told it's cranberry juice. I chose this place because I was impressed with how friendly the staff and management are. If I have any issues they’re always quick to resolve. Food is good, i have recommended many friends and am overall happy here at Crystal View Lodge.
Expensive. Food is dreadful, of low quality and slimy. If you enjoy old people sleeping in the lobby this is the place to be.
