I have no hesitation recommending Andrew. We had a dog destroy 51 blades of our shutters. Andrew worked within our budget and limited timeframes with options and recommendations. His work is outstanding. Call him for a quote. You won’t regret it. Quality and excellent service is rare.
We had 4 shutter frames made for our bedroom window. Andrew made sure the gaps between the shutters were just right, a real perfectionist! Made our room look so different, so bright and uncluttered, huge improvement.
Highly recommended. It took me many calls and an awful lot of time to find any shutter company that was prepared to do repairs. It truly felt as though they only wanted to 'big money' that comes with installing!! That was until I found Crystal Twig. Both Andrew and his assistant couldn't have been more helpful and prompt, who also provided the wonderful old fashioned service we are rarely experiencing anymore.
We are most happy with the repair that Andrew did on our shutters. He found the parts (which are no longer available) and made our shutters look like new. He came to our home and removed the shutters and a week later returned. The price was great and the service was fabulous! Highly recommended.
