Solomon (based in Denver) is legit. He was able to handle a complex liquidity event with no sweat. He is a very prompt communicator and extremely knowledgeable. He even uncovered tax credits I was unaware I was eligible for! I could not recommend him more highly.

Have always filed taxes myself but due to stock options I was granted, I used a CPA for the first time and filed with Crystal Springs Accounting to make sure everything was accurate. Solomon was super responsive and I'm grateful he was able to take me as a new client a couple weeks before deadline. Highly recommend if you want to support a local accountant in Colorado!
