Recently had a facial here. Karmen did an excellent job - professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Locker room area is nicely appointed. Prices here are very high as one would expect at a high end resort, so it was surprising that the spa lounge area was quite tired and dingy - couch cushions were actually dirty. I got a massage here from Yumi and it was one of the better massages that I’ve ever had. What a treat!!
Elizabeth the yoga instructor was Amazing!! Meets you where you are at, creates a welcoming environment, and one on one help when you need it. Highly recommend her yoga classes!
The staff and manager took great care of me. The steam room and hot tub are a nice addition. Would recommend to anyone.
We were at the Crystal Spa in the late fall of 2024 and it was looking pretty tired. The lounge chairs need recovering, the hot tub area needs a deep clean, and everything just looked overused and under cared for. They are in desperate need of a facelift. I’ll not go there again until they’ve stepped it up.
