Crystal is amazing. We started to work with Crystal as soon as we decided to look for a house. She was very knowledgable, patient and responsive. Unfortunately the house we ended up putting an offer was a new construction and the builder offered $14,000 in closing costs that we used to buy down points and Crystal could not match that, BUT, the the rates she offered us without the buy down was by far better than anyone else's. Crystal you rock :)
