I also notified Amazon of my situation. this company is selling on Amazon I consider myself an Amazon customer and Amazon will not help me.
I got an RO system, installed six weeks ago they refused to send out parts to fix it. 4 different times I requested an RA with no response. When something doesn't work you send it back, well they want me to pay to ship it back. I've already spent 1150.00 to have it installed. Is this really happening? Please find somewhere else to buy from. I'm a disabled vet And I don't believe I should be treated this way. No one should be treated this way. WOW
I I bought an RO system from Chrystal Quests Water. Since I’m a disabled vet your manager out there decided to make my life hard. The system does not work and according to your manager, they will not send out replacement parts. My medical condition is getting much worse because your company refuses to fix the problem.
