Great location, clean place with good vibes. The respectful nursing team makes impression through its collaborative patient care. Just started my orientation as nurse; this place is a breath of fresh air!

I can’t say enough positive things about Crystal Pines! From the moment I walked in the door, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff is not only incredible, but they are also knowledgeable and attentive to the residents. I highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care in a supportive and loving environment!
EXTREMELY poorly ran facility. Administration and managers DO NOT truly care about the well being of residents. Residents are often left soiled and abandoned. The building is filthy, understaffed, they break many rules, food is always cold and they do not properly screen employees. I would think twice about sending a loved one here. Will be reporting to the state. Very unsafe environment.
