Iwona,was a fantastic doctor, she really knew what she was doing. I don't think I be doing as well as iam if it wasn't for Iwona. She is a very nice person, very easy to work with. I will give her a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Iwona Dennis Polnow
I've been at crystal pines about year and half and I really appreciate everyone but especially Angelica who was taking me to my appointments and Iwona who is my wound care nurse and healed my foot wound. Doctors wanted to amputate my foot but now wound is healed. I love and enjoy all the activities run by Linda and her department. I highly recomend Crystal Pines to everyone
Iwanna is the best wound nurse I've had treat me. Maj, Nellie, and Angelica went above and beyond i can't speak highly enough of the tech Rachel. Management is sensitive to ones needs. Being understaffed is a huge issue. It sometimes took over an hour to respond to the call. The food is atrocious. I'm grateful for their care but ate very little of their food bringing my own. Over all if I ever require that level of care again, I would return without hesitation.
I understand that people may try their best but If possible I would always suggest going and checking a place out before sending a loved one anywhere. Unfortunately they are very understaffed. They are constantly out of important medications, and have no explanation as to why. Alot of these reviews prasing then are made by employees, acting like they were customers... kind of shady....
