Unfortunately she fulfills a stereotype, the mouth and attitude. I was referred to her, she didn't present herself professionally when answering the phone, she didn't allow me to speak cutting me off right after she asked the question. I don't think she allowed herself to even breathe between sentences. She was very negative and left me with no hope just by not listening Or giving any positive advice.
