10/10 would recommend! This might be the best facial in NY. If you want to have the best experience give yourself time so you’re not rushed. The appointment is 2 hours(maybe longer if depending on services you choose)of relaxation.

Joann does a very nice thorough job of examining your skin and deep cleaning. The first time I went I did not enjoy that that I felt forced to buy Dermalogica products. After that, she hasn't asked me to buy anything else which is good. Overall, a clean space and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for the facial massage alone. She showed me pictures of healing her clients skin who have cystic acne that she has healed - and have a friend who also has skin improved since going to crystal palace. Give it a try! Joanne is really kind and takes her time caring for your skin. My appointment was around 2 and a half hours. I appreciated the thought she put into my skin and also appreciated her letting me know ahead of time how long it would take. She explained how she learned her gua shua techniques and how she really took the time to study up on her work. The massage at the end felt great. You may be upsold so just be prepared for that.
