The doctor is great. Employees used to be awesome(Crystal)but the new girl who seems to be in charge now is incredibly difficult and very rude to deal with. Crystal would go above and beyond when it came to customer service and was extremely nice and helpful in so many ways. Because of my recent experience I am definitely thinking of finding a new place for my child and myself to go to in the future. Horrible...waited an hour on day of appointment for doctor to walk in...4 of us went together on same day.my 2 kids got their glasses.todayalmost 2 months later calling to get updates...2 phone girls give me excuses..Dr tells me he is not dealing with our insurance..my insurance has no idea what he is talking about..doctor called me back to tell me he will just cancel my order and just to pay for appointment...hell no...he is just rude unprofessional and nasty...stay away from this place at all cost
I was supposed to have my frames and lenses 4 weeks ago and still no one has a clue what they are doing. Records are not kept. “ Incompenant And unsatisfied” are how I have to explain my last experience here.
