I recently used this company to move furniture out of the house in preparation for new carpet installation. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately damage was done to freshly refurbished window frames, and a wall. I understand that these things are hard to avoid sometimes, therefore didn't mention it. However when they returned to put the furniture back, they damaged our brand new carpet severely and have since refused to pay for damages. I recently hired Crystal Movers to help relocate several large furniture items from our home in Ashburton to a storage facility and they were outstanding. All three movers arrived before scheduled time and worked efficiently from start to finish. They handled some very heavy and awkward items — including electric beds and two large TVs (75” and 85”) that needed to be safely removed from wall mounts — with real care and skill.
