Many thanks to Crystal and Kristy, my “ Team” Without whom my mortgage on my 2nd family home for my sons wouldn’t have been possible. It wasn’t smooth, or easy sailing it was rough and treacherous as the banks are not in favour of you owning two homes when retired. Crystal and her team went out of their way to help us negotiate a reduced, renewal rate with our existing lender. She spent over an hour with us on the phone, sent numerous emails, and secured us a rate hold with an alternate institution.
