The only thing I would say is to be sure that you’re comfortable with the level of road noise coming off of 17 if you buy a home or lease an RV lot close to the freeway. Also, there’s a lot of camper conversions in the back of the park that are starting to look really old. The park does require residents to keep their property very well kept though.The dog park and the sport courts are also right along the highway and the road noise can make it very loud there as well. Maybe fore people coming for season was good place, but for living permanent is not. The administration dont have any consideration for old person. I really bad place for old person. Many Issues.
Brought family over to visit for a couple hours and had a lady call and complain over my 7 year old granddaughter riding her bike…I was watching from my yard she didn’t go a thing.
