I worked with Glen directly who reviewed my tax information and reassured me that my tax information was in good hands. My first years taxes had multiple mistakes. The next year I specifically called, met with Glen again so this did not happened a second time. My next years taxes had mistakes even with my best efforts to not allow this to happen. STAY AWAY....company did our personal and small business taxes last year and this year. But this year, we could not make an appointment or talk with anyone, told me I had to just drop off taxes and they will get done in order of the pile. First we get a call stating we owe $3500, when asked why as we received a refund last year, she could not explain it to me.
