TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!! Crystal Howerton and her team procrastinate worse than any accountant I've ever dealt with. They lied & said they filed my taxes one year when they in fact did not. I only found out because I got a letter from the IRS saying I owed penalties and interest. I sent her the letter and she said she would take care of it. Crystal is truly a wonderful lady, inside and out. I know her to be extremely helpful, and hard-working. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
