Carla has done an amazing job helping me with my knee rehab over the past couple of years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my injury right away and get me on track with an exercise plan that was realistic for my busy life. A bonus for me is the North Shore location which makes it that much easier to fit in appointment times, much closer to my home. Highly recommend!
Carla Hutchins at Crystal Creek Physiotheray Clinic was the most effective and thorough physiotherapist I have had. Carla is knowledgeable and provides a personalized plan for your individual needs. She only sees one client at a time so you have her undivided attention for the entire session. Carla saw me through rehab after knee surgery following an injury. Her kind nature and wealth of experience made coming to physio something enjoyable. Her exercises were quite subtle but very effective, often working on the mind as much as the body — they didn’t just focus on the injury but also managed to rectify long-term issues I’d forgotten about.
