Crystal gets only one star for being unreasonable and unprofessional. We canceled our event photos during a spike in COVID and salvaged the down payment with a portrait session. Crystal gave us the choice of driving three hours to a beautiful mountaintop or pay $300 for a floral backdrop, so we chose the mountain.
