Crystal Clear Hearing and Audiology is a dependable company to assist in improving your hearing. Todd is competent and cordial and has a "get 'er done" approach to things. The hear.com devices work well and in conjunction with the smart phone app they are easy to switch between different modes for different atmospheres easily.
My experience at Crystal Clear was excellent. The entire process of selecting and adjusting a new set of hearing aids was explained in clear detail. This kind of personal service is important to the success of using and understanding the product and all it's features.
They were very accommodating and professional. It's refreshing to find a company who's focus is helping you make a decision that's right for you. It was a very comfortable experience.
Todd has been very helpful and supportive, going above and beyond in getting my hearing aids purchased and in service. Recommend highly! Needed a small tweak this week and he gladly did it and instructed me on how to complete it next time, when necessary.
Very caring and fine people with whom to deal. Highly recommended!!!
