Excellent Pet Store, Great Staff I've had nothing but good experiences with Crystal Clear. I regularly buy my cats' food and litter there; the staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I special-order premium cat food food quite frequently, the orders come in less than a week after I've made them, and the prices are just as good--if not better--than those of the major pet store chains. I'm also delighted to learn that they're going to start carrying Bravo pre-made raw food for cats and dogs.
Awsome Pet Store I have found this pet-store to be the best compared to Maine Pet and Aquarium. Crystal Clear has cleaner tanks and healthier fish. I have never seen a dead fish in their tanks and one of their friendly staff is always cleaning the tanks. They keep all the animal cages sparkling clean. They also don't usually have any puppies or kittens in the store. They carry a wide variety of pets from reptiles and amphibians to fish and birds. VERY UNHAPPY Went to this store and brought one fish and it killed every soul in my tank. I went back the next day with a water sample, staffs don't know how to test the water. Spend 20minutes talk to them is like talking to a brick wall. No replacement or refund was given so I left with my water sample. No even a "sorry"! So I drove a block down to the next pet store. They tested my water & amazed how much info I can get in 1 ounce of water. I was there for 5 minutes and brought $3 med with new fishes. They are all still li... read more
