Just had an incredible massage by Natalya. Her technique was perfect, I loved the essential oils and she prayed the most beautiful prayer over me to finish the session. Left the spa feeling so refreshed and was able to stay relaxed with a hot cup of tea to go! 10/10
I have some serious lower back issues, and there are times when it is difficult for me just to walk from my car to the front door. No matter how much pain I am in when I arrive, I Always leave in Much better shape (and in a lot less pain) than when I arrived. Abbey is the bomb-diggidy!
I’m 3 weeks post op and tried a lymphatic massage to help with some of the swelling. I was very nervous because of sensitivity where I had surgery. Natalya was absolutely amazing, she explained the process to me but also every step as she did the massage. She made sure everything was comfortable and not painful! I was very happy with her patience with me as I was so nervous. I woke up the next morning and the swelling had gotten SO MUCH better! I will def be continuing the lymphatic massages as I recover!
The absolute best place to get a massage in NH. I’ve tried a few places in Nh and this is the best spot. They’re professional and their studio is impeccable. I have a tree nut allergy and they all make sure there is no absolute way that I would have an allergic reaction. The only con is they’re so popular that slots fill up quickly and you have to schedule your appointments in advance :)!
I had an amazing experience with Abbey! She was incredibly sweet and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her attentiveness made me feel completely comfortable, and the pressure throughout the massage was absolutely perfect. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so grateful. Highly recommend!
