I contacted this local Dish contractor regarding a satellite and wiring attached to my home from a previous occupant. I am not, and have never been, a Dish customer. Instead of offering any assistance or guidance, I was told to climb onto my roof and remove the equipment myself. When I raised safety concerns, the situation was dismissed rather than handled professionally.
