Never had such a fraud experience!!!!!!.. I am an online customer and shop in all upscale stores, Never had such a fraud experience, not to accept a return, how else could you shop online and even in physical stores if You cannot return? I did not see, it is written very small that earrings cannot be returned, doesnt say exchanged though. Please stay away from crystal classics. Their service is a disgrace.
Horrible service shipped an expensive gift to the wrong address (which they unilaterally changed because it was not in their system) someone has a free expensive host gift and I am embarrassed and out of luck for the party I am attending today!!! Will never do business with this company again...DO NOT USE THEM!
