Kate offers a holistic approach to healing with the mind body connection. Her warm and open energy offers a unique opportunity to relax in the room while letting your brain/body relax in an immersion of singing bowls. All participants are visibly calm and relaxed after this experience making it a great way to treat your body to some relaxed meditation and energy cleansing from a stressful week or just to help calm a busy mind.
I walked into a beautiful unknown space not knowing what to expect, but I knew I had to be here. So I’m a mid 50s painter that really is old school. My daughter in Greece booked me a session as she is a hippie a beautiful one ( they all are) well Kate is amazing she left me feeling relaxed and calm. What an amazing experience!! I have never felt so relaxed in my life. Sounds take you to a very pleasant journey which is hard to part from At the end of the session I couldn't open my eyes, like I was in deep sleep yet fully awake. Kate is truly amazing and I will definitely be returning for more! Highly recommend, you won't regret it.
