I came in for a 90-minute relaxation massage with Donnette and left with bruising on the front and back side of my neck and arm. The pressure was extreme and painful throughout, she applied enough pressure to the front of my neck to restrict breathing, pushed so hard at the base of my skull my vision blurred, and when I verbally reported pain, the therapist's response confirmed she had been aware the entire time.
