Crystal Bay Senior Living is NOT a 5 star rating! I lived there with my mom for three years and during that time I witnessed a lack of respect for the elderly. Communications for lease renewal or various other pertinent information were placed under the door to the apartment with perhaps only a day or so of notification for action to be taken. It's a great community. Every month they have free meal which is very good.
My mother in law loves it here! Great residents and caring staff. She would give 10 stars if she could!
