Negative. Lady owner very rude ! Brought back the Ralph bread and I told her the break is green , she ask where! While she is search for the green mold that I told her about, her attitude was poor. She acted like I put the mold there and wanted a new bread, lol! I bought YAM , she said when you cut the YAM , it gets black immediately, I was soo confused! The customer service in this place is horrible. The daughter Charlotte is extremely rude and talks down to customers. I personally saw her shamed a lady for enquiring about returns. The husband who works in the back is the only decent person in this place. The wife is also fake and pretentious. If she suggests something to buy and you don't buy it, she will have an attitude towards you moving forward.
Overprice west indian supermarket
Worth the effort to find this place tucked in at the end of the plaza, they have shadow beni, weri weri and every other Caribbean ingredient a serious home chef is looking for- no place like it in the GTA , Ajax is lucky to have it
