It was very intense being my first time, but i definitely will be coming back. Courtney was a good coach.
I did a drop in with the guys while in town for work and took part in their Friday night lights for 26.1. It was a blast, Chris and all the coaches and members could not have been nicer. Everyone made me feel so welcome and were super encouraging while doing the workout. I stuck around to chat to many of the members after the wod and they even invited me to go for dinner with them afterwards. The community the guys have here is everything that crossfit is about. If I lived in the area I would love to be a member at this gym
Did the 26.1 open. Fantastic experience! The judges / coaches are great! Very welcoming and friendly environment!
