Yesterday, I attended my first class at Cryptid CrossFit, and it was an amazing experience! As someone who had never tried CrossFit before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had so much fun. I felt a level of energy and motivation that I hadn’t experienced before. Jason, the instructor, encouraged me to push myself and do things I didn’t even think I was capable of doing. His support made a huge difference. It was truly a great experience, and I’m excited to come back. Thank you so much, Cryptid CrossFit!
