I love coming here when I need a good recovery session. I love the cryotherapy, sauna session with the compression. Jennifer is very helpful and knows her stuff. Highly recommended.

This place keeps getting better and better. I love doing Trimsculpt (it really tightens!) and doing a Mindvybe session while wearing compression pants. So relaxing. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They keep adding new fun things to try.
I absolutely love Eterna! First of all, the place has a beautiful aesthetic and feels warm when you walk in. There are several modalities that are must haves for me: 1.
