BEWARE this place doesn’t conduct business ethically. My husband went in last March, he signed up for a month and at the end of the month wrote them and let them know he wouldn’t continue his membership, however they continue charging our credit card $500 each month. Last month I brought it to his attention as I never saw him going there and he was shocked, they had charged him thousands of dollars unknowingly, when he reached out and also showed them proof of cancellation they agree to refund him in writing but never did. Overcharged my credit card illegally over $4,000, despite written communication. Promised to refund and didn’t. Now I have to file court case to see my money. Go to a different place is my recommendation.
What an amazing spot in Santa Monica! I had an incredible experience, came in feeling stressed and left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and with less pain in my body. Customer service was 10/10. Whole place is clean, organized, and they help you through everything: sauna, cryotherapy, compression boots, etc. Highly recommend!
Cryozone is the place to be. Always enjoy the conversations that take place in the lobby before/during/after the cryo experience.they also have Ir sauna and compression sleeves for some rest and recovery.
CryoZone is hands down the best place for recovery and rejuvenation! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and professional. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The cryotherapy sessions are a game-changer!
