I had the best red light bed experience in Santa Monica at ETERNA HAUS. There are many biohacking spots in Los Angeles this was feels very cozy and overall warm. Never too crowded and always parking in the back. I come back for the cryotherapy

I loved it here. Used the red light bed and the cryo chamber. Both incredible. I have also tried some other modalities such as the vibration plate and the hydrogen inhalation machine. Will come back - did not know we have such biohacking spot in Santa Monica

Such an enjoyable time seeking wellness for myself. So many options to choose from, and my personals favorite the lay down red light bed. Very informative on how things work and how they affect your body. Answered my questions and helped me make the best decision based on my needs and goals.

Incredible experience at Eterna Haus! My favorite sanctuary in Los Angeles. I did the red light therapy bed and it was the best one I’ve tried. Also the molecular hydrogen, which helps reduce oxidative stress and clear brain fog. Leg compressions for detoxing and focus. They always have the newest technology in longevity and wellness. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I had an amazing experience! The massage was exactly what I needed 😍 relaxing, professional, and tailored to my needs.
