After my spinal procedure, I was looking for a safe and effective way to speed up my recovery, and cryotherapy made a huge difference to my recovery. Roman was very helpful keeping me talking which made the 3 mins in the cryo chamber fly by. Each session helped reduce inflammation, ease my pain, and improve my mobility. Roman has been super accommodating and extremely professional at what he does, since I’ve started doing the cryotherapy I’ve noticed such an improvement on quality of sleep, I’m losing fat even though I am not currently working out, I’ve done about 8 sessions now, and it is a miracle healing routine towards my degenerative disk disease and many other joint inflammation issues. This is why I added this to my routine! Highly recommended!
