Great place, fill absolutely recharged after 3 min of treatment, Roman is very accommodating and helpful.
Roman has been super accommodating and extremely professional at what he does, since I’ve started doing the cryotherapy I’ve noticed such an improvement on quality of sleep, I’m losing fat even though I am not currently working out, I’ve done about 8 sessions now, and it is a miracle healing routine towards my degenerative disk disease and many other joint inflammation issues. This is why I added this to my routine! Highly recommended!

I decided to give cryotherapy a shot as I was interested in the benefits that cold exposure has to offer. Right from the first session, Roman has been incredibly accommodating, explained how the sessions will work and how I would benefit from cryotherapy. I’ve done over ten sessions at this point and it’s an awesome experience each time. I’d highly recommend Cryotherapy Health to anyone interested in giving it a go.
