The experience was amazing. The person who walked my friend and I though this was so friendly and answered all of our many questions. If you want to bring socks, slippers, gloves and a robe if you prefer your own but they do offer them there. They take your blood pressure before and do some quick paperwork and then it’s time to freeze. It was raining outside so the sign for cryotherapy was inside. the Bike store so don’t get confused your at the right place. I called to make sure. It’s been 3 hours and I feel great.
