I wish I could give a 5 star review for a start up business! After the one tryout, I Purchase 4 pack for the cryo facial to give a full experience. After three treatments I was concerned loosing the fat-pad on my face so I asked to finishing up the rest of treatments for my ab instead. I can’t say I have positive results from it. Also as the name suggests, during the treatments I was cold and uncomfortable. For me, it was expensive and wasn’t a great spa experience.
Alice Baker So appreciate the professional and friendly environment created by Shay. She is a delight. She wants to serve you to make your visit pleasant in every way. She Is knowledgeable about the treatments that are given. I had my daughter, Stephanie and Christina, my daughter, see her for a treatment over Thanksgiving Weekend. They were overly pleased with their service as well. It is a very clean and well run business. Would recommend it highly.
My initial review was when the old owner was running the place. Recently I was really disappointed with the customer service. The gift certificate that was purchased for my friend was not accepted when she wanted to redeem it. New owner I would suggest to work on customer service to not lose more potential clients.
Very clean facility and friendly staff. I had almost all treatments here and loved them all! Their lymphatic massage is so relaxing and helped me with my brain fogging, fatigue and bloating! Shay was so professional and was able to answer all my questions and concerns, she gave me really good at home care advices. I’ll definitely go back and do it weekly to make sure my body is on perfect health! Thank you so much shay and everyone for everything you are doing ☺️
