Absolutely loved this place! Jeremy accommodated me and my friend so well! It was her birthday and he did everything to make the day special. We had a facial, solar light spa, cryotherapy, and these leg circulation things (sorry forgot the name lol). Needless to say the experience was enjoyable! Jeremy and his staff was a pleasure to work with and we definitely will be coming back!

I’ll have to admit. I was very hesitant because I do not like being cold or cold weather. To my surprise, I was able to complete my Whole Body Cryotherapy session. I can’t wait to return! The service was excellent and Dan was very knowledgeable.
Amazing facility! Very professional! Highly recommend for all athletes or just anyone experiencing pain. Most affordable in the area!
