I arrived 15 minutes early prior to my appointment time to show that I was going to show up for my chosen appointment. They were finished prepping the room for my massage within 5 minutes. Roseza was my masseuse. She was ready for me. I informed her that I have fallen asleep during a massage in my past. She said it was a sign of a good massage. Everyone here is SO SO NICE! I’m currently doing Cyrosculpt treatments with Julie and she is wonderful and the treatments are working! Don’t forget to sit in the amazing sauna!!

Great place with excellent staff. The cryotherapy helps significantly with workout recovery, post workout inflammation , and pain management . It also burns a significant amount of calories in 5 mins.
