We're are very grateful, my partner and I did a mix of float tank, localised cryotherapy and full body cryotherapy! Codi took great care of us, can't wait to come back- very excited for the results!
I had a gift voucher so had a float, frotox and LED light. So say I was relaxed afterwards was an understatement. But the true benefit did not end there. I get woken up in the night or early mornings, sometimes multiple times a night, and I found that I slept so deeply afterwards that I was able to drop back off to sleep so much quicker and have such a better sleep. Will definitely be back.
