Similar to others, I arrived for my appointment and the door was locked and no one helped.
First of all, Google pin is in the wrong building. Secondly, I arrived 5 minutes early to my first appointment like they asked me to, nobody is there to open the door. Have been waiting for 15 minutes still couldn’t even enter….left without ever receiving any procedures or even seeing anyone.
Cryoglow gave me the code the the front door 22956# I hope karma comes to them for their fraud. I'm another victim of their fraud! They are charing me too every month and I had to work with my credit card company to get my money back. Now I had to pay off my Citi bank credit card and open a new account. Waste of my time...
Buyer beware. Sketch sketch sketch. What was actually (initially) a fairly good experience gradually took a nose dive. Appointments were canceled last minute, receipts weren’t provided (for FSA reimbursement), calls/emails/texts went ignored (dodged, even) and nobody attempted to ever redeem the situation. I would not be writing this review if I even so much as heard from them again. Red flags, don’t recommend. You’ve been warned.
Literally scheduled an appointment and called no answer. Sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for anyone to answer the door and nothing. Luckily got my points refunded from ClassPass but this place is a scam. I have no idea how you can maintain a business if there is no business being done. Don’t waste your time and money.
