I was a paying member for probably a year. Everything was fine at first but in November 2024 things took a turn for the worst. The point of being a member was to be able to book member slots and hours directly thru the booking line (per the owners instruction). Suddenly there were no responses or any way to communicate with the business. I had a 10:30am appointment here today. I arrived to find the door locked. After several calls, knocks on the door, a voicemail and a text, I finally gave up. I spent 50 minutes waiting outside the door. Then, I had to spend 20 minutes with Class Pass customer service to make sure my credits were returned and I wasn't charged a no show fee. Drove 30 minutes to be on time for this appointment, never again.
I booked a class through ClassPass, but when I arrived, the business was closed, and no one was there. I would not recommend this place.
