Went in this morning for a NormaTec compression session that I won from the Citrus Heritage Run. The girls there are so nice and helpful! Like, honestly just so pleasant to talk to while sitting there getting my service done. The compression session was my first ever and was so nice after doing a 10k and Mt. Rubidoux 2 days apart. I will definitely be back!
I come twice a month and I love it! I look forward to my visit because I know how good I feel long after my testament. I highly recommend the active release massage.

I loved the excellent service from the front desk to Vanessa Hernandez who did my first session for the Cryro slimming . I will be coming back soon !
