I had a stiff knee that was making me limp. I went to the Dr and he said it should heal on it's own in the next 6-8 weeks. After 12 weeks, and still limping, I stopped by. James, the owner, was really nice and walked me through everything. I bought a package that was a steal compared the other cryofit places I checked out. I'm grateful that he keeps prices low so I am able to "freeze". After 5-7 sessions, my limping went away. If I'm having any kind of pain or inflammation, I will definitely use them first!
