I did my first cryotherapy session here. I was a bit nervous but Cody talked me through it and I felt awesome afterwards. The atmosphere here is also calming and they offer lots of other health and wellness services. Would definitely recommend this place!

My pregnant wife and I were unable to use all of the infrared sauna sessions we paid for as we bought the sessions prior to the pregnancy and they extended us another year to use them. Super happy with the customer service and I highly recommend them.
